Competition Terms & Conditions

Philippines Uptober eSport Trading Competition (the "Competition") is a trading competition organised by FundedXYZ ("we", "us"). By registering, you agree to these Terms, the FundedXYZ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the Competition.

Registration opens 14 Oct 2026 00:00:00 and closes 22 Oct 2026 23:59:59. Trading runs from 21 Oct 2026 00:00:00 to 27 Oct 2026 23:59:59 GMT+8. All registration times are GMT+8. Prizes are delivered after final review; delivery timing is confirmed separately.

Format: individual. Every participant competes independently on the individual ranking. Squad affiliation is used for entry and referral eligibility, not a separate squad score. Participants must make their own trading decisions and may not coordinate trading activity with another participant for the purpose of influencing Competition results or rankings.

FundedXYZ is a simulated trading platform. No real funds are deployed in Competition accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a FundedXYZ account in good standing and not live in a country or region where FundedXYZ services are restricted.

Online entry is restricted to eligible accounts in the referral networks of the competition's configured squad leaders. Contact the event host if you need an invitation or help with eligibility. Existing account activity and the applicable entry rules also determine whether you can join.

One Free Pass is permitted per person. Creating, controlling, accessing or using additional accounts, whether directly or indirectly, to obtain additional Free Passes or Competition entries is prohibited. Using another person's account, sharing an account, or allowing another person to trade on your behalf is also prohibited.

After a Free Pass has been used, failed or replaced, another Free Pass cannot be obtained. Re-entry after failure requires a new X Mode purchase through the Competition re-entry flow during registration.

FundedXYZ employees, contractors and their immediate families may take part but cannot receive prizes.

Free Pass

Free entry with a 10,000 USDT Competition balance. The Free Pass follows the applicable X Mode trading, risk, leverage and position limits, including a 4.5% maximum drawdown.

If the account breaches the applicable trading or risk rules, it fails and is not eligible for prizes.

X Mode Pass

Eligible participants may purchase an X Mode account at the price shown at checkout, or link an eligible existing X Mode account for their first entry. An account already entered in another competition cannot be linked. The X Mode account remains yours after the Competition, subject to its account rules and risk limits. Purchased accounts follow the applicable package risk settings; the Competition Free Pass uses the configured Competition risk limits above.

X Mode account fees are non-refundable, including if you are disqualified, stop trading or the X Mode account fails.

Re-entry and account replacement

Late registration is allowed until 22 Oct 2026 23:59:59 GMT+8.

An eligible participant with an active, non-failed Free Pass may upgrade by purchasing an X Mode account before the Competition ends, including after registration closes, while settlement has not started. After an account fails, continuing requires a new X Mode purchase through the permitted re-entry flow while registration is open. An unrelated existing X Mode account cannot replace a failed entry.

The new account becomes the current Competition entry and starts with zero Competition P&L. Previous entries remain in account history but are superseded for the leaderboard; previous scores and failure penalties are not accumulated.

A failed or replaced Free Pass cannot be restarted or issued again.

Registering with a referral code places the new account under the owner of that code. Referral codes cannot be changed after registration.

ROI calculation

Competition P&L = equity - Competition starting equity - funding added after the starting snapshot. Equity includes balance and unrealised P&L. Added funding is excluded so that a fund add-on does not count as trading profit.

ROI = Competition P&L / Competition starting equity x 100. The starting equity is captured when trading starts, or when a late entry joins. An existing account's original purchase size is not necessarily its Competition starting equity.

Rebase after purchasing a new X Mode account

A permitted replacement account starts with zero Competition P&L and a new starting equity snapshot. Previous trades, P&L and ROI do not carry over. Only the current entry is used for ranking; failed or replaced prior entries do not add a cumulative penalty.

Ranking multiplier

Free Pass gains and all losses count at 1x. Positive X Mode ROI counts at 2x for ranking only. It does not increase account equity, trading profit or payout amounts.

Example: a Free Pass with +10% ROI ranks at +10%. An X Mode account with +10% ROI ranks at +20%. A -3% ROI remains -3% for either entry type.

Failed entries

A failed current entry may remain visible on the leaderboard with its recorded score but cannot receive prizes. A superseded entry is excluded from the current ranking. There is no fixed -10% failure penalty and no cumulative failure penalty across replacement accounts.

Qualification

There is no minimum trade count or minimum trading-day requirement. Current, non-failed entries may qualify for main prizes even with zero or negative P&L, subject to eligibility and final review.

Rankings update during the Competition and are provisional. Final standings use the recorded Competition equity and scores captured during settlement after trading ends and are subject to review before prizes are delivered.

Ties are broken by earlier entry join time, then by the lower account entry ID. Trading volume is not a tie-breaker.

The funded account prize pool grows in configured steps with the number of registered participants. Each participant counts once, whether Free Pass or X Mode, including participants whose accounts later fail. Counting toward the pool does not guarantee prize eligibility. The thresholds and prizes are shown on the Competition page.

The participant count is fixed when registration closes. Prize and bonus settings may still change until settlement starts, using that same fixed count. Final awards are saved during settlement. Material changes will be announced on the Competition page.

Main prizes follow qualified prize placement. Ineligible entries are skipped when assigning main-prize places, so prize placement can differ from overall leaderboard rank. Each qualified placement receives the funded account specified for its tier at the reached participant step. Ranks in the same tier each receive that prize; they do not divide a single account between them.

A Funded Account prize is delivered as XYZT credit worth the account's normal X Mode fee, so the winner can purchase that X Mode account. The event team handles delivery manually after final review.

X Mode bonuses

Bonuses apply only to eligible X Mode main-prize winners at their overall leaderboard rank, as described on the Competition page. Bonus descriptions also depend on the configured participant step. A Free Pass, failed entry or entry without a main prize does not receive an X Mode bonus. An unused bonus is not passed to the next participant. Only the advertised benefits apply, subject to the applicable X Mode rules; the event team fulfils them manually.

Profit split perk

Where the published bonus includes a profit split perk, the advertised split applies to profit made on the X Mode account used in the Competition during 21 Oct 2026 00:00:00 to 27 Oct 2026 23:59:59 GMT+8 only. It is delivered under that account's normal X Mode payout rules. It does not apply to profit made before or after that period, or to another account, including a Funded Account won as a prize. That profit follows the normal X Mode profit split.

Prizes are only paid to participants who remain eligible and whose FundedXYZ accounts are in good standing at the time of delivery, after our review. Main prizes and bonuses are fulfilled manually and their delivery status is recorded separately from final standings.

Prizes shown in USD* are paid as XYZT credit to your FundedXYZ account. 1 XYZT = 1 USD in value. These credit rules apply to credit prizes; other rewards follow their published descriptions.

XYZT credit can only be spent on X Mode accounts and challenges on FundedXYZ. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred, and has no value outside FundedXYZ.

XYZT credit expires 60 days after it is credited. Credit not used by then is forfeited and cannot be restored.

No identity verification (KYC) is required to register or participate. However, we may require identity, account ownership or other reasonable verification before confirming final standings or crediting a prize in order to verify eligibility and prevent fraud or abuse.

The event team delivers prize credit manually after approving the final results. There is no fixed payout date in these Terms. Delivery timing is confirmed separately, and we may delay delivery while a review is open.

Independent trading

Each participant must trade independently. Participants may discuss markets, trading ideas and strategies generally, but may not coordinate specific trades, entries, exits, position sizes, opposing positions or other trading activity for the purpose of influencing Competition results or rankings.

Cross-account hedging

Using, controlling or coordinating multiple accounts to take opposite, offsetting, mirrored or otherwise complementary positions designed to reduce risk across accounts or increase the probability that one account achieves a favourable Competition result is prohibited.

Collusion

Participants must not coordinate with another person to take opposite, offsetting, mirrored or complementary positions; deliberately sacrifice one account for another; or arrange trades so that one participant benefits from another participant's deliberate loss or failure.

Multiple-account abuse

Creating, controlling or using multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional Free Passes, increase the chance of winning, manipulate rankings or circumvent Competition rules or limits is prohibited.

Purchasing additional X Mode accounts in accordance with the permitted re-entry rules in Sections 3 and 4 does not constitute multiple-account abuse.

Other prohibited activity

Wash trading, self-dealing, artificial trading activity, exploiting errors in prices, systems or latency, abusive automated trading, fake accounts, referral abuse and any other arrangement intended to artificially manipulate Competition results or rankings are prohibited.

Monitoring and review

To protect Competition integrity, FundedXYZ may review relevant account information and trading activity, including order timing, instruments, trade direction, position sizes, exposure patterns and relationships between accounts.

Where permitted under applicable law and the FundedXYZ Privacy Policy, we may also use relevant device and network information to identify multiple-account use, coordinated trading, hedging, collusion, fraud or other prohibited activity.

We may disqualify any participant, remove them from the rankings, cancel or claw back prizes (including credit already credited), and restrict their FundedXYZ account if we reasonably believe these Terms or the FundedXYZ Terms of Use have been broken.

Where we reasonably believe two or more Competition entries or FundedXYZ accounts are linked through prohibited multiple-account use, hedging, coordinated trading, collusion or other manipulation, we may review and take action against any or all associated accounts or entries.

Finalist verification

Before final standings and prizes are confirmed, FundedXYZ may require any provisionally ranked participant to complete identity, account ownership or other reasonable eligibility checks.

If the participant does not provide the requested information or complete the required verification within the time given, their entry or prize may be cancelled and the rankings may be adjusted accordingly.

Our decisions on rankings, eligibility, Competition integrity and prizes are final.

We may change, suspend, extend or cancel the Competition or these Terms, including the prize structure, where reasonably necessary, for example because of technical problems, market disruption, legal or regulatory requirements, suspected fraud or abuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Material changes will be announced on the Competition page.

If the Competition is cancelled before it ends, we will decide in good faith whether and how prizes are awarded based on the circumstances and Competition standings at that time.

Trading involves risk. You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Competition rankings, prizes and past performance do not guarantee future results.

To the extent permitted by law, FundedXYZ is not liable for losses arising from participation in the Competition, including losses resulting from system outages, delays, pricing errors or third-party services.

You are responsible for any taxes on prizes that apply to you.

By participating, you allow us to display your username, avatar, ranking and Competition results on the Competition page, leaderboards and in promotional material.
